Cancers are said to be extremely empathetic and nurturing towards their friends, which Sen displays numerous times when interacting with Chizuru and assisting her in various ways. This can extend to strangers as well, as she even puts herself in harms way to help strangers. She’s very intuitive, in matters of love especially, and sensitive to moods of others, which is also another trait commonly attributed to them. Sen also has a great presence and makes herself hard to ignore, carrying herself with the manner of a refined lady that she uses to assert herself in any situation.

Suitability: As a female oni of high blood content, Sen has been aware that she is considered valuable for her ability to make high blood content oni babies. This and the fact that her personal bodyguard dresses as a prostitute to gather information means Sen can’t be ignorant of sex and all that entails, and is never shown to be sheltered despite being a high born lady. Her reaction to Zodion’s rules would initially be negative, as requiring people to perform such acts for some outside reason is something that wouldn’t sit well with her, and one who won’t even show their face doesn’t tell Sen to do such a thing likely. However, this mirrors a possible outcome for Sen in canon, in which she agrees to be the mother of a man’s children who she has only briefly met, as this is the best outcome for her own clan and her friend Chizuru.
Power: Oni related strength, speed, and hastened healing. She can transform to increase her power, her hair turning white and horns appearing on her head. These will all be generally weakened upon arrival in Zodion.
Personality: Sen is something of a character. Upon first meeting her it becomes obvious that she’s someone important, if only to herself. She’s small in stature but has a way of seeming larger than life, easily asserting herself among strangers or intimidating figures. This can partly be attributed to the fact that isn’t human, and in fact, a creature much more inherently powerful than most people she could encounter. But part of it is simply her nature; she knows she’s important to her people, and thus acts accordingly, like anyone in a position of power would. Even though she’s a lady, but she isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. She doesn’t see herself as better than anyone, and doesn’t consider anyone as ‘below’ her or unworthy of her time.

Despite this, Sen is never in danger as coming off as unapproachable. She’ll put herself in harm’s way for complete strangers, and can quickly make friends with people she’s only just met. Sen is very perceptive, and can easily see behind people’s facades or general silence. This also means she’s good at reading people in conversations, seeing their motivations and troubles, making her a good person to talk to if you’ve got something on your mind. She doesn’t mince words or talk down to people; she’s genuinely concerned, and wants to do her very best to help.

Even though she’s grounded in reality, Sen is still a romantic at heart. While high percent oni blood content is prized among her people, the reason she seems to truly respect her famous ancestor is the fact that he went after the woman he loved, a human, despite the repercussions it would have on his standing. She also (subtly, and sometimes not so much) encourages her friend Chizuru to do what she can to pursue who she wants. All this may stem from the fact that Sen knows, in the end, it is highly unlikely that she’ll be able to spend her life with the person she loves. She has a responsibility to her clan, and cares too deeply for her people to shirk that aside, even if it means she’ll have to sacrifice her own happiness for the good of others.

While she can be a comforting, supportive presence to her friends, Sen also isn’t afraid of voicing her disapproval. Loudly. She calls things as she sees them, and while she doesn’t particularly enjoy being blunt, if she sees something unacceptable going on in front of her, she can’t help but step in and voice her opinion. Even though she’s an oni, she doesn’t disregard the feelings or importance of anyone she meets. She judges people by their own actions and personality, not by what blood or social standing they might have. And if she does happen across someone who proves themselves unworthy of her of her respect and time, she won’t hold back in telling them exactly what she thinks of their behavior. She might be a lady, but she’s an oni lady. The temper is only to be expected.
